Gregor and I haven’t been on a surf holiday for a while. We actually talked about it a few years ago and he mentioned Costa Rica. I nodded and agreed we’d go. We’ve been on plenty of surf trips together, but always cold water surfing. The idea of sliding across the ocean in boardies with that bearded fellow is a great one. 

Then recently (and ironically enough) we got speaking to a close doctor friend of ours who heard about what we’re doing with Who Buys Your Stuff? He told us his brother runs a luxury surf accommodation in none other than Costa Rica, so we reached out.

When we first spoke to the owner, Kjeld, we were thinking about a surf holiday – but by the time we put down the phone we were telling him all about WBYS? and explaining how we can help Kalon Surf identify their lead persona, which would help them increase bookings, up-sell their offering and provide a memorable service.
